Delivery time

Shipping time for international orders shipped via courier (DHL, SPEEDY) is 3-5 business days.
Shipping usually takes between 1 - 7 business working days, EMS 20 -30 busines working days, depending on the destination and time of year. In the Christmas period delays occur more often.
Packing

If you do not receive verification, it may be your order was either not processed or that you are unable to receive e-mails from us (an occasional issue). This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the buyer.
Packages through Air Mail EMS do not have a tracking facility.
Delivery delays
Below are several of the common reasons a delivery is delayed. In all these cases you will be contacted us immediately and the situation will be resolved.

Lost shipments
If you feel that your shipment has been lost, please contact us immediately and we will trace the shipment and determine if it is actually lost or just delayed. If it is lost, a replacement order will be processed and shipped immediately, no extra cost will be charaged for this replacement.

Return procedure
You must inform our staff, via email: castrobulgaria@mail.bg prior to shipping a return in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. The customer must pay return shipping charge unless it was our shipping error.

If you like to have a oil painting or icon that we do not show here, please send us a picture of it or simply give us the artist's name and the oil painting title.
Are your art reproductions framed?
All the companies selling art reproductions do not transport them framed because of the high expense for post taxes which sometimes exceed the basic price of the art reproductions.
Our art reproductions are transported rolled up in secure post tubes. You can imagine the risk of damaging and breaking of the painting when it is stretched on a frame.
How long does it take to paint the picture or icon?
It takes 20 working days.
